Yesterday

I ate less than 700 calories. A bowl of soup, some crackers, and a few cookies. I’m new to this. I couldn’t resist. I did drink a ton of water, though.

But I will resist today! I got on the scale this morning and I weighed 2.5 lbs less than yesterday. So from my all-time high of 181 to 178.5. It’s a start. I absolutely can’t be this fat for another second. Disgusting.
